These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Image Cleanup Tool, including our image editing and cleanup features (such as text removal, watermark removal, object removal, and background removal). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

AI Image Cleanup Tool is an AI-powered digital editing service. Output quality depends on source image quality, mask accuracy, image complexity, and model behavior. Results may vary across files, and we do not guarantee identical outcomes for all images.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to maintain security, performance, or product quality.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not use the service if prohibited by applicable law.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, edit, and use the content. You are solely responsible for legal compliance related to your content.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• No uploading content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass limits or security.
• No resale or sublicensing of the service without written authorization.

6. Credits, Billing, and Expiration

Paid features use a credit-based virtual system. Credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and expire 2 years after purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Pricing, credit packages, and availability may change at any time.

Free credits may be offered for evaluation, promotions, or monthly allowances and may have separate limits or expiration periods.

7. Refund Policy (Virtual Product)

Because this is a virtual digital service, all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for used or unused credits, partial usage, subjective quality expectations, or changes of mind.

Free credits are available to help users evaluate service fit and output quality before purchasing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you had a reasonable opportunity to test the service and accept the quality characteristics described in our product pages.

The only exception is a confirmed platform-wide outage caused by our systems that makes paid core features unusable for at least 72 consecutive hours. In that case, contact support@imagecleanupai.com within 7 days of the outage window. If approved, our sole remedy will be replacement credits or a refund of unused affected credits, as required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network events, third-party failures, and force majeure events may affect access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
